Bluespot YOGA teacher Kati Hammond Potts is helping to get your Friday's this summer started on the right foot.
Vinyasa Flow combines sun salutations, balancing poses, inversions, and arm balances to improve concentration, stamina, and overall health. The focus is always on linking the breath with movement. This is an all levels class, and open to new students. Modifications will be offered for all.
The Hopewell Cafe is open following yoga and features fantastic coffee from Brioso Roastery, pastries and breakfast snacks from Angry Baker! Enjoy yoga and share a coffee with a friend or do some work!
