Tonight Sisterhood Circle we will discussing the various forms of meditation and breathing techniques, and practicing exercises that we can do on a daily basis to help us stay centered, grounded and calm. We will also discuss:
*the importance of meditation
*the health benefits of a daily practice
*the connection meditation it draws upon
Join us this Tuesday at 6:30pm. Everyone is welcome to bring snacks and we ask for a small donation of $3pp.
