Meditation & Breema
Begin your Sunday with friends who wish to simply be present. We will start with seated and walking meditation, and then practice Self-Breema exercises and the dynamic and vitalizing Breema partner bodywork.
Our meditation practice will include bringing the mind to register the activity of the body and seeing what happens when we continue with this aim. This supports us to come from complication to simplicity.
