The January Sweat Sesh is here! Two workouts, 30 minutes each, from two different studios!
We'll start with a HIIT IT workout from RISE Fitness Community! Join us for a HIIT IT RISE! workout that will push your limits! Expect 30 minutes of FUN, high energy, and unexpected body weight exercises. For this Sweat Sesh, we will try new exercises and challenge every muscle in your body before taking it down a notch for yoga. It's all about balance! The second half of the workout will be a yoga flow from GoYoga!
After the workout, grab brunch and a beer!
