Chef Kai Sheng combines childhood memories of visiting seafood markets in China with his grandmother and a fascination with traditional low country crab boils of the American South for an indulgent, yet affordable, dinner experience.
Every serving of Kai’s Crab Boil includes ½-lb crab legs, ½-lb shrimp, ½-lb crawfish, plus sausage, potatoes, and corn in your choice of custom-crafted broths including garlic butter, “Kai’s Casian,” and traditional Southern flavors.
You’ll dine in the kitchen with Chef Kai for a front row seat at the cauldron – and there’s a bib and a crab cracker with your name on it! Seatings available at 5:30, 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00 PM. Bring your favorite beverage to accompany your dinner – we’ll keep it chilled for you!
