Honey Mead served with Chocolate Cake with drizzled Honey Bourbon Sauce
— 2016 Honey Mead aged in locally sourced Watershed Distillery Bourbon Barrels for 7 months. Honey purchased from the Honey House. This is a semi sweet mead with a definite honey aroma mixed with oak, caramel and vanilla. Alcohol at 12.5 % ABV
Hudsons Honey Wine Barrel aged Barleywine served with Strong Cheeses
— This 14% sweet Barleywine has a solid malt and honey backbone with a slight tart finish from the wine barrel aging and compliments the wine with great floral notes and sweetness from the spring honey harvest.
Hudsons Honey Bourbon Barrel aged Barleywine served with Honey Infused Chocolates
— This 14% sweet Barleywine has a solid malt and boozy honey backbone with great vanilla notes from the bourbon barrel and floral notes and sweetness from the spring honey harvest.
