The Royals Project Holiday Gala features our high-quality character cast of 30+ princesses, princes, superheroes, Santa Claus and other characters, professional photographers, and a well-trained staff. A portrait photographer as well as a photo booth ensure the magical moments are captured to remembered forever. Join us on the dance floor, get your face painted, create a Holiday craft with a character, enjoy enchanted story time, and get to know your favorite character friends!
The Royals Project is a registered 501(3)c in the state of Ohio and has been running successfully for 4+ years, we are confident that this is a wonderful event that is not to be missed. All proceeds go to The Royals Project Holiday Fundraiser which is: Every Christmas for the last 3 years we’ve had The Royals characters deliver presents to families in need. This year we want to be able to provide this magical experience for a greater number of families, and we cannot do it without your help! When donating to us by purchasing tickets to our Holiday Gala, you will be giving to children in Childrens Hospital, The Ronald McDonald House, family oriented homeless shelters, sick children and their families, and hard-working families/single parents that are struggling to make ends meet for the holidays. In addition to donating for toys for the children, The Royals wants to serve our community and all of the children we get the opportunity of meeting better than ever before. In order to do so we are in need of assistance obtaining and maintaining costumes that we don’t yet have or that have been destroyed due to years of faithful service. All of our characters are unpaid volunteers and have always paid for their own costumes. However, the needs of the community and children we visit are growing drastically which makes it hard to keep up. With this being said; roughly 85% of the donations we receive will go towards the gifts for the kids and their families. Then, around 15% will go towards making The Royals characters as special, magical, and wonderful as it can be.
Each and every guest must have a ticket to gain entrance to the Gala. Tickets cost $15 per child and anyone 18+ is free if attending with a child. You can purchase tickets at the door for $20 per child. This price includes face painting, crafts, quality time with the characters, pictures opportunities with santa and much more! Children under 12 months may attend for FREE when accompanied by a paid adult/child pair.
Tickets are always non-refunable.
If the event is postponed — tickets will be transferred to new date.
If the event is cancelled- refunds will be sent.
For The Adults:
We will have multiple small businesses and nonprofits attending and handing out coupons, free samples, information and much more. We will also have Starbucks and Tim Hortons coffee available for free for the adults. The adults are invited to bring along spare cash if they wish to participate in a raffle that will include donations from Target, Cheryls, and many other amazing companies.
How to Prepare?
The Royals Project events are always full of energy and fun! Bring your camera and a magically super attitude! We also suggest eating something filling before arriving, this way you will be set for all the fun ahead as we will not have food aside from some samples from local businesses.
What to Wear?
Little ones are encouraged to wear their favorite princess dress or costume. Please let them wear something they feel comfortable and happy in! For adults, more formal attire is encouraged however not required! We also ask that adult attendees do NOT dress like a particular character. This is to ensure that our characters appear as genuine as possible. You are welcome to wear a gown/dress if you would like, just not a replica of one of our characters.
What to Expect?
The Royals Project event begins with the Royal Entrance of our Royals characters. Upon arrival you can enter and dive right into activities with the characters. The Holiday Gala is FULL of character interactions- We promise your little one will have the opportunity to meet each and every Royals Project character in attendance. To ensure everyone gets all the photos and hugs they need, the final 20 minutes of the gala are dedicated to saying our goodbyes so no one feels like they need to rush out the door! Our event is created to please each and every guest, and we know you'll go home with a smile on your face and love in your heart!
Tips for Success:
Once in a while, in all of the excitement, we need a parental figure to step in and help with a child. If you see that one of the guests is interfering with a game or preventing things from running smoothly, we ask that the parent or any other adult figure take care of the matter. Our characters are not to be considered baby-sitters, or caretakers, in an way. You must stay for the duration of this event, and ensure your child is having a safe and comfortable experience. Our characters want to give each and every child their «magical moment.» Please do not rush our characters to take photos faster, or speed up interactions. If you are disruptive of the Fairytale Ball event in anyway, you may be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
