Join Danielle Dugan in a multi-sensory experience at the Olentangy Indian Caverns. Dive into the five senses while exploring Mother Nature's natural rhythms. This class will include breath awareness, meditation, exploration of the senses & a gentle vinyasa flow.

— A towel to place under your mat
— Closed-toed shoes (required to walk down into the cave)
