This annual event is held for the benefit of the Heart to Heart food pantry in August, when the produce harvest abounds. Produce is donated by the Share and Learn Garden at Mary Evans Child Development Center as well as the Seeds of Hope Garden. Church members, pantry supporters and visitors are encouraged to donate excess produce from their home gardens, as well as baked goods, homemade jams, etc!
We are always joined by the Healing Arts Mission. They will display and sell handmade Haitian Art to raise funds for their medical mission! Tri-Village Trading Post will also join us for this event!
Shop: The simplest way to get involved is just to stop by the tables after worship, peruse the goodies and contribute to the cause!
Volunteer: We are in search of volunteers to work at tables, bagging purchases and accepting payments. We also need help for set up and tear down.
Donate: Have excess produce in your garden? We'll take it! Have a favorite recipe for cookies or pie? We'll take that too! Please drop it off before the worship service on Sunday and will we sort and display it.
