Join Chef Michael for our 4-week late summer series — Make You Own Pasta! Chef Michael will provide detailed education and informational packets at the end of the course on the different types of flour, rolling techniques and the tools and equipment to make your fresh results.We will have both an advanced course, as well as a course geared towards beginners. This series is very hands on but relaxed and enjoyable! Complimentary refreshments and a meal featuring the pasta we make in class is included. Come for a fun time to meet and laugh with new friends! $25 per person for the full 4 week course, or $30 per class pay as you go. Advance Class will cost $35 as you will be making full dishes.
