This class is perfect for all levels including brand new paddlers. Our Sunday Funday begins on shore learning safety and basic SUP techniques. When we get on the water we will have a mindful flow working on various standing and balancing poses while learning to adjust our practices to the water. These classes are fun and lighthearted. We encourage students to try new things and even fall in! Class ends with a relaxing mediation and savasana supported by the ebb and flow of the water.
