While in the salt cave, participants will hear a lovely live guided imagery experience that will relax the body and mind with soothing sounds and a calming voice. This peaceful journey will lead you to a place where your body and mind can unwind and feel at ease.
You will be guided through instructions on proper breathing to maximize the relaxation response. And you will be taught how to recognize specific areas of your body that need attention as well.
This amazing experience will be facilitated by LIsa Saavedra, MA, LPCC, whose clinical practice addresses many issues including anxiety, depression, communication, trust building and improved self-image. She specializes in stress management, and she shares her passion with others to improve their quality of life.
