Being confident with a knife in the kitchen is the difference that turns making dinner from chore to a joy. In this class we'll discuss the hows and whys of good knife technique.
You'll get plenty of opportunity to chop, pare, julienne and dice as we make Fresh Pineapple Salsa. This quick and dirty ninety minutes of foundational skill building will pay huge dividends as you go on to cook for the rest of your life.
Feel free to bring your favorite knife to practice with, or use ours.
