In this five-day intensive training, we will focus on becoming beginning practitioners of moving meditation, the nuance of touch, and how to give a complete 60-minute Thai yoga massage for relaxation. We will learn postures for addressing the whole body through the arms, legs, head, neck, and torso. Each Thai yoga massage session can be a singular work of art. No two bodies are the same, so we emphasize the unique nature of each session. No prior experience in massage or yoga is required to begin study. Certification from Reden Yoga will be given upon completion of training and home study.
